Position Summary:

We’re looking for a motivated IT/Finance Recruiter to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing full - cycle recruitment processes and acquiring new clients while acting as a trusted HR advisor. Your main focus will be on white - collar positions, particularly in the pharmaceutical and medical equipment industry.

Key Responsibilities:

- Business Development: Acquire and manage new client accounts, understanding their recruitment needs and offering tailored solutions.

- Client & Candidate Relationship Building: Foster long - term relationships with clients and candidates, ensuring an exceptional and transparent experience.

- End - to - End Recruitment: Handle the entire recruitment process—sourcing, interviewing, and presenting top candidates.

- Market Expertise: Leverage your understanding of the IT, finance, and pharma sectors to identify and attract top talent.

- Collaboration: Work closely with our in - house media brands to build strong networks and promote our services.

Requirements:

- Minimum 2 years of experience in end - to - end recruitment within a recruitment agency (preferably IT roles)

- Proficiency in both Polish and English (spoken and written)

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

- Proven ability to thrive in a sales - driven environment

- Strong attention to detail, performance tracking, and IT literacy

- Positive, solution - oriented mindset
